Our operating platform

Why we moved to myEZData.

Running a dealer group means reconciling commissions, chasing chargebacks, building schedules, and closing payroll — usually in four different places that don’t agree with each other. We moved all of it onto one platform, built for exactly this business.

The problem

Spreadsheets don’t tell you what you already lost.

The hardest part of dealer operations isn’t the math — it’s the delay. By the time a spreadsheet shows you a chargeback, the money is already gone. By the time payroll is reconciled, the pay cycle has closed. Every tool we used was accurate and late.

Before
  • ×Commission reconciliation by hand at the end of every cycle
  • ×Chargebacks discovered after the carrier had already clawed the money back
  • ×Payroll, scheduling, and store performance living in separate systems
  • ×No single view of a store — you assembled it yourself, every time
  • ×Reps asking why their number changed, with no audit trail to answer them
Now
  • Chargeback risk detected before the pay cycle locks, not after
  • Commissions, payroll, and scheduling reading from the same source
  • One page per store with everything attached to it
  • Immutable audit trail — every override and adjustment is on the record
  • Reps see their own numbers in real time, on their phone

What we run on

One platform, purpose-built for T‑Mobile dealers.

myEZData isn’t generic retail software with a wireless skin on top. Every module was built around how carrier dealers actually get paid, staffed, and measured.

Commissions & chargebacks

Nine detection rules catch missing IMEIs, refunded activations, and TPP/HSI/JOD pulls up to 14 days before the carrier claws them back.

  • Auto-detection across Callidus, RTPOS, and Sales Detail imports — no manual reconciliation
  • Per-rep chargeback ledger with override approvals and a waiver workflow
  • Ghost activations caught before the pay cycle locks

Payroll

FLSA regular-rate overtime calculated correctly for commission-based workers — the part most payroll systems get wrong for this industry.

  • NJ and NY rules built in, with minimum-wage flags surfaced before pay runs
  • E-signed stubs; reps acknowledge before pay is released
  • Retroactive edits blocked at the service layer once approved, not just hidden in the UI

Scheduling

A drag-and-drop week grid with shift templates and open shifts, synced with ConnectTeam so the time clock and the schedule never disagree.

  • Four-week template library — save a good week, reuse it
  • Conflicts flagged before publish: overtime, double-booking, coverage gaps
  • Reps see shifts on mobile

Store operations

One view per location that pulls together commissions, accessories, tickets, contacts, documents, and performance metrics.

  • Scoped by role — DMs see their territory, AMs their region, the office sees everything
  • Superior Communications API integration for ordering and reconciliation
  • E-signature workflows for onboarding packets and policy attestations

Scorecard & ELB metrics

The carrier scorecard, readable at a glance. Nine ELB metrics in a single view instead of a monthly PDF nobody opens.

  • Voice, BTS, HSI, MIM, Insurance, 155-Day, R7, Flagged and CSAT together
  • Threshold-colored cells: on target, at risk, already missed
  • Company average tiles with per-market breakdown and store-level drill-down

Ask your data

Ask a question in plain English — “how did the Newark store do last week?” — and get back the right chart, with the right context.

  • No SQL, and no dashboard to build first
  • Inline assistance on every page, without switching views
  • Saved report library shared across the group with per-role visibility

What changed day to day

The same numbers, in front of everyone.

The real shift wasn’t any single feature. It was that everyone — floor to office — finally started working from the same set of numbers, at the same time.

Sales rep

Sees commissions, chargeback risk, and next week’s schedule on their phone — without asking a manager.

Store manager

Builds the week from a template, sees coverage gaps before publishing, and tracks the store’s scorecard live.

District manager

One territory view across every location, with drill-down instead of a stack of separate reports.

Ownership

Full visibility across all locations, with an audit trail behind every adjustment and approval.

The goal was never a prettier report. It was closing the gap between something happening in a store and somebody being able to do anything about it.

See it for yourself
